Terms and Conditions

  1. The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the TSRTC's Cargo & Parcel Services offered through the TSRTC website www.tsrtcparcel.in. Please go through the conditions carefully.
  2. Please proceed to use the offered services only if you accept all the terms and conditions.
  3. By using the services provided through this website them, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this Website. Once you use the services, it will be deemed that you have entered into a formal agreement with TSRTC for the purpose of transactions on this website.
  4. The goods delivery will depend on scheduled departure and arrival timings of the buses. The departures / arrivals of the Buses may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, etc.
  5. The Consigners shall furnish the following details at the time of booking the goods. Failing to do so results in booking not being allowed
    • i. Correct address of consigner/consignee.
    • ii. Valid mobile numbers of consigner/consignee
    • iii. Description of the Goods
  6. The responsibilities of the Consigner are, but not limited to
    • i. The information provided by the consigner is complete and accurate
    • ii. The consignment was prepared in secure premises by reliable persons and was protected against unauthorized interference during preparation, storage and transportation to TSRTC booking counter.
    • iii. The Consigner has complied with embargos and other laws and regulations
    • iv. The Consigner has obtained all necessary consents in relation to personal data provided to TSRTC including Consignee’s data such as mobile phone number and address as may be required for transport and delivery.
  7. The Consigners/Consignees hereby consent to receive communications by SMS or calls from TSRTC with regard to services provided by them.
  8. The charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece as may be weighed and measured by TSRTC.
  9. The Consigner or the Consignee shall pay all charges due for services provided by TSRTC or incurred by TSRTC.
  10. Please note that charges are subject to change without any notice.
  11. No cancellation of booking is allowed.
  12. The Consignee shall show valid identity proof to receive the goods.
  13. If the Consignee does not take the goods within 15 days then demurrage charges will be levied.
  14. No goods that are prohibited by the Governments / Competent Authority/ Law will be booked.
  15. It is responsibility of the Consigners to check the goods as to whether they are prohibited by the Governments / Competent Authority / Law before booking. If enforcement agencies find any goods prohibited by the Governments / Competent Authority / Law in the Consignment the Consigner concerned will be liable to face legal action to be initiated by the Governments / Competent Authority/ Law.
  16. TSRTC has the right to open and inspect a Consignment without notice for safety, security or other regulatory reasons.
  17. In case the consignee refuses to take delivery or to pay the Consignment charges (TOPAY), the Consignment may be released, disposed off or sold by TSRTC without incurring any liability whatsoever to Consigner or anyone else.
  18. Claims, if any, must be submitted in writing to TSRTC within thirty days from the date of booking of consignment, failing which TSRTC shall have no liability whatsoever.
  19. TSRTC shall have the right to confiscate/destroy any Consignment which any law prevents TSRTC from returning to Consignee / Consigner as well as any Consignment of Dangerous Goods.
  20. TSRTC shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods for any of the Acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the Corporation.
  21. TSRTC is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond the control of TSRTC. These include but are not limited to Force Majeure like earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, epidemic/pandemic, accident, riot, civil commotion, industrial action and embargo.
  22. TSRTC may provide details of your use of the Web Site to regulators or police or to any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Web Site, at TSRTC's complete discretion.
  23. If any part of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue in effect.
  24. TSRTC business partners (Agents) shall carry out the Cargo & Parcel related activities as per the terms and conditions set out by TSRTC from time to time.
  25. TSRTC business partners will be able to carry out the Cargo & Parcel related transactions only if they sufficient top up amount available in their accounts for carrying out the transaction. The business partners shall brief the customers about these terms and conditions before booking the consignement.
  26. TSRTC business partners can carry out their account top up through the payment gateway. Top up can be only through Net Banking.
  27. TSRTC will levy a service charges on the amount to be topped up as indicated hereunder, and only the balance amount (amount after deducting the service charges) will be added to the partner’s account:
    • a. For top up amount up to Rs. 5,000/ ‑‑‑ Rs. 15/- + GST
    • b. For top up amount more than Rs. 5,000/ ‑‑‑Rs. 25/- + GST
  28. In case of failure of online transaction despite deduction of amount from business partner’s bank account they will have to contact TSRTC for manual top up by sending the transaction details viz. Transaction number, transaction amount and transaction date through email, to cargo.tsrtc@gmail.com and splofficertsrtc@gmail.com.
  29. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad.
  30. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect any other part of these Terms and Conditions.
